Certified Reinsurers

Director Angela L. Nelson invites members of the public to respond to Certified Reinsurer Applications submitted to the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance (DCI).

Interested and affected parties will have 30 days from the date notice is posted to submit written comments and responses to the certified reinsurer applications listed below. The Director will not take final action on an application until at least 30 days after notice was posted.

Written comments and responses help the DCI gather information and provide certain interested and affected parties with an opportunity to present statements to the Director concerning the reinsurers applying for Certified Reinsurer status.
