DIFP, Attorney General's office reach settlement with motor vehicle extended contract seller

Jefferson City, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration and Attorney General Chris Koster recently reached a settlement with Enterprise Warranty Group, LLC, which also did business under the name Dealership Services in 2008 and 2009. The settlement says the former St. Charles-based auto service contract business will pay $53,000 to the state in restitution and costs.
