Insurance Consumer Hotline offers expanded hours
To better accommodate Missourians affected by the Joplin tornado, the Department of Insurance Consumer Hotline has expanded its operating hours.
Consumer services representatives are now available by phone from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
