Jefferson City, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Insurance will hold a public hearing Monday, May 16, 2016, at 9 a.m., to consider the preacquisition notice (Form E) filed by Aetna to acquire Humana pursuant to Section 382.095 RSMo.

The public hearing will be held in room 520B located in the Harry S. Truman Office Building, 301 W. High Street, Jefferson City, Mo.  After the presentation of evidence by the parties, any interested person may provide oral or written submissions regarding Aetna's proposed acquisition of Humana.
