On June 4, 2018, the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri entered an Order Approving the Liquidator’s Application for Approval of Early Access Plan ("Order Approving Early Access Plan"). The Early Access Plan provides a framework for payment of Galen assets to Participating Associations as reimbursement for claims paid and expenses incurred related to Galen insurance policies.

In accordance with § 375.1205, RSMo, the Liquidator will make initial Early Access Payments to Participating Associations within 120 days of the Order Approving Early Access Plan.

The Liquidator will evaluate further Early Access Payments on an annual basis.

The Liquidator is NOT making a General Distribution to Galen’s creditors at this time. The Liquidator received approximately 100 Proofs of Claim by the April 30, 2018 Claims Bar Date and will continue evaluating the Proofs of Claim.
