This map reflects information provided to the Department by the health insurers referenced herein in response to a request from the Director. The Director of the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance is releasing this information because it is in the public interest. The map represents current information from health insurers for health plans in the individual market in Missouri, both on and off the exchange.
