Information, experience data, exchange of with other states, allowed.


In order to further uniform administration of rate regulatory laws, the director and every title insurer, title agent, or agency in the state may exchange information and experience data with insurance supervisory officials of this and other states and rating organizations in other states and may consult with them with respect to such information and data.
