Filing Procedures and Fees 20 CSR 500-8.100 & 374.230 (5) RSMo Describes the procedures for rates/rules/forms filings. One filing may contain rates, rules and forms.┬áPayment for filings is available through EFT. Filing fee is $50.00 per line per company. EFT payment may be submitted as long as the filing is still open. Payment not made by EFT will be billed in arrears by Department invoice.
