Last year your company was sent bulletin 96-08. This bulletin advised all small employer carriers that, among other things, I was suspending the application of the requirements of Section 379.936.1(1), RSMo, for one year. Thus, the provisions of this subdivision were waived through November 19, 1997.
The purpose of this bulletin is to advise small employer carriers that I am extending the suspension of Section 379.936.1(1) for one additional year, ending November 20, 1998.
