Have you found an old policy and don't know how to contact the company to file a claim or cash in the policy? We can help you look.
First, check the list of active companies. Either enter the company name or do an alphabetical search to find the company.
If you don't find the company listed in the active companies, it may have merged with another company, been bought by another company, or was put into receivership if it had financial difficulty.
If you cannot find the company in the list of active companies or in the list of companies in receivership, please contact the Division of Consumer Affairs at (800) 726-7390.
